As soon as I pulled them out of the package, I was so shocked at how absolutely adorable they were!
The collar is made to be very adjustable. I had to adjust it to the smallest setting for my pup :)
The collar has a plastic clasp to easy put on and take off. The tutu also has an elastic band so that you can easily slip it on and off of your furry friend!
