Give thanks

We're just days away from Thanksgiving....a day full of family fun, yummy turkey and then of course, a day to be thankful. Sometimes I find it a little amusing that people only stop to appreciate everything during this month and then everything goes right back to normal in december.

Every year, everyone on facebook starts up with the "days of thankfulness." I try to keep up but then about half way through the month I end up getting behind. I figured it may be a little easier to just share through my blog!

First thing, I am so very thankful for my husband. Our marriage isn't perfect by any means but he is perfect for me. The road was rocky when I first met him but if I had to, I'd go through it all over again.
I look forwards to many more years

I am so thankful for our home. From the first time we saw it, we knew it was exactly what we wanted. At first things weren't working out so we moved on to look at other houses. Of course nothing we looked at caught our eye, we seemed to be comparing everything to that first house. Deep inside I somehow knew it'd work out and it did!

I am very thankful for my family. They may not be perfect, but without them I'm not sure where I'd be. They are always there when I need them.

I'm thankful for my best friend! Its nothing like having a best friend that you know you can talk to about anything. Love being able to have someone to tell secrets to and go out on a girls night when you feel like you need a friend!

Its hard to name each and everything that I'm thankful full but here are some others that stand out:
my f/t job as a bank teller ( I love my co-workers), my side job as a photographer ( love doing it!), very blessed to be part of the Origami Owl company, my kitties (patches, sandy, gracie & gizmo), a roof over my head, food on my table, a closet full of clothes, heat to keep me warm on cold days like today and a reliable vehicle to get me from point A to point B.

What are you most thankful for? We'd love to hear!
