Product Review: Birds and Bees Natural Skincare

Birds & Bees Natural Skincare sent us their Coconut Vanilla Whipped Body Soap for review.

I was intrigued by the idea of whipped soap. I had never heard of or tried anything like that before.

Just days after talking to them I received my package in the mail. I couldn't wait to try out this whipped soap! When I opened it up, the smell caught me by surprise. It wasn't at all what I thought it would be....it was so much better! I was in heaven with the scent alone! 

I was So excited to take my shower that night!

The Whipped Body Soap is thick almost like a body butter but lathers up wonderfully! The Sweet Almond Oil in it leaves your skin feeling super smooth without feeling greasy.

You can also get this whipped soap in honey almond, revitalize (citrus blend of lemon, lime, grapefruit and hints of jasmine, cucumber, pineapple, blackberry & a touch of champagne), and Paraben & SLS Free.

Green Visions sent us their awesome Wine & Berries Skin Care Set which included the cleansing soap, toner and moisturizing cream. I was excited to try out these awesome products especially because of their wine & berries scent....very unique compared to most facial care products.

The heart shaped soap was wonderful! With just a little water, it lathers up nicely and leaves your face feeling super clean and smooth. Its made with french pink clay, grape skin extract, grape seed, coconut, olive oils and shea butter which gives it a natural scent. 

The French Pink Clay is also a "magical" ingredient as it removes toxins and impurities from the skin and removes dead skin cells.

The best part about this soap? Its only $3.00!

The toner and moisturizers were also wonderful! 

Toner is one of my favorite parts to a skin care set. To me...it kind of reveals how well the cleanser does. 

When applying a small amount to a cotton ball and rubbing it on your face you can see any makeup or oils that the cleaner missed. After cleansing with the heart soap, there was barely any missed spots on my face.

Next I applied the moisturizer. I just loved the smell of the wine & berries!

It left my skin feeling SO soft and smooth and refreshed!

Rooster Fin Games: Product Review

Rooster Fin Games specialize in fun and easy to play games for friends and families.

They sent us the game Shufflin' Feet to review.

In Shufflin' Feet, the winners compete to win chips by playing higher valued cards than their opponents. But on every roll of the cube, a player's card can suddenly slide away to another opponent. 

This card game was full of fun and excitement!  Although my son, age five, was not old enough to play ( the suggested age is 8+), I enjoyed playing the game with my friends and family.

As soon as I opened the package I could smell the delicious scent of this yummy candle!

I could not wait to burn it!

These candles are 100% soy and hand poured.

I've never had a coconut lime candle so I was super excited! This candle burned wonderfully!

It didn't burn down fast like some and you could smell both scents while it was burning! It was SO refreshing smelling the coconut and lime wafting throughout my home. Perfect for the warm summer months!

They also sent us a sample of the Lavender Ylang-Ylang candle.

The candle smelled wonderful, even without lighting it.  Once I did light it, it burned slowly and clean.

We received a facial care set, a skin care set for babies and a skin care set for adults to review so we decided to split this up!

My name is Bridget and I recently had the opportunity to review some organic baby skincare items from NYR Organic. I tried the baby balm, baby lotion, and baby bath/shampoo. I really enjoyed this review because the products made my daughter's skin feel REALLY soft! I liked the baby balm the best because it was great for everyday cream for my daughter. It was not too thick to where it wouldn't spread good, but it wasn't too thin so that it didn't come off easily. Thank you for the opportunity to review these items!!!

My name is Adrienne and I got to review the facial care set. As soon as I received my NYR Organic Beauty products I rushed to the sink to try them out.  The first product that I tried out was the Rejuvenating Frankincense Facial Wash.  I was pleased with how well this product cleansed my skin.  It is infused with skin-firming extracts and enriching vitamins.  Next, I used the Frankincense Hydrating Cream.  The cream made my face feel moisturized and refreshed and also had a nice scent.  The Rejuvenating Frankincense Skin Serum made my skin look bright and luminous; this was my favorite product.  I also received the White Tea Enriching Facial Mask, Beauty Sleep Concentrate, and Wild Rose Beauty Balm.  I really enjoyed reviewing this line of products and would highly reccommend them to others.

I reviewed the skin care set from NYR Organic. I have become a big fan here lately of organic products. I never thought that there would be such a big difference between organic and store bought items. 

I was sent a lotion in Garden Mint & Bergamot, a hand cream in Bee Lovely, Geranium & Orange Body Butter and Frankincense Toning Body Cream. The first thing that stood out about these products were the fragrances. They were SO unique! As I smelled each one, they had a surprising but yet relaxing scent. After using each cream, my hands automatically felt and smooth as silk! I really liked the body butter! Some leave you feeling greasy but not NYR Organic Body Butter! It rubbed in well and left my skin feeling amazing!!
