Rendi Product Review

At The Married Life Blog we've been exposed to many different kinds of direct sales companies, all carrying different collections of some wonderful products.

Just weeks ago I was contacted by Teresa from Rendi. I wasn't exactly sure what Rendi designed so I was totally blown away and excited when I headed over to check out her website! 

Rendi makes customizable photo frames, signs, and well decor AND everything is made in the United Sates! Every piece is also environmentally friendly and made of recycled wood and a water based finish. 

Teresa had me send her a photo of my choice and then asked me about the picture I sent so she could design the perfect item!

About a week later, I received this in the mail:

I was SO excited! It was perfect! 

I had no idea what I would be receiving, I just knew it would be including this photo.

I knew exactly where to put it! 

I had this special spot in our bedroom that it looked just perfect in!

Rendi also makes some other really neat gifts!

Old Window Decor

So as many of you know, I have very much become a pinterest junky

That site has gotten me into a creative movement!

About a month ago, I came across this idea and absolutely LOVED it!

So I browsed around the local yard sale page and luckily I came across an old window like this for just $5.00! I never thought I'd be so excited about an old window!

With this idea, you blow up a photo and attach it behind the window and hang it up! This, I believe is what I'm going to do once I find the perfect picture!

Today I came across several other really unique ideas so I thought I'd share them!

Revamp it and use it to organize your jewelry! This is really unique. I would have never thought of this.

Paint the glass with Chalk Board Paint! 

I really love this! Super cute idea if you have kids!

This is really neat as well! Attach your favorite patterned material behind it!

The banner also adds a little whimsy to it to make it fun! 

The Most exciting thing for me about this is its SO cheap! 

Some of you may even have an old window just lying around your basement! Just think of what you can do with it! :)

Mary Kay Product Review

I had the opportunity to review some amazing product samples from Mary Kay

She sent me many samples of some awesome eye shadows, blushes and lip colors!

Some of the eye shadows I tried out were honey spice, chocolate kiss, ivy garden, spun silk, amber blaze, cinnabar, crystalline, hazelnut and granite.

My absolute favorite was the ivy garden and chocolate kiss! They look wonderful together!

I love have smoothly they go on and how they last all day long! 

I also tried out some new blushes! 

I sampled sunny spice, sparkling cider, and golden copper.

I absolutely LOVED the sparkling cider! I loved the way it looked with my skin tone.

It wasn't too deep of a color or too bright. It blended just perfectly!

Then I had some lip colors to try! I was sent red, bronzed and copper star. 

I really liked the copper star. I loved the goldish shimmer in it and how smooth it felt on my lips! 

I also got to sample the wonderful satin hands set (which I love) and it makes your hands SO smooth and soft! Its absolutely perfect for anyone who may suffer with dry hands. 

Mary Kay has tons of absolutely amazing products that are great for your skin and will make you look and feel amazing!

I had my bangle painted orange with dark blue polka dots and had it personalized with "UVA"- my favorite College team! This bangle is going to make an amazing addition to my UVA apparel at the games!

Perfectly Posh Product Review

About a week ago, I received a package from the wonderful Bonnie, Perfectly Posh Consultant.

Like most of you, I had never heard of Perfectly Posh before!

Just days after talking with her, I received the Lovey Dovey Gift Set to review

This amazing kit came with 5 amazing items to try out!

I was super excited!

The first things I tried out were the soaps. There were 3 of them: Lovey Dovey Confetti Soap, Lovey Dovey Sparkling Soap and Lovey Dovey Pink Soap.

The Lovey Dovey Sparkling Soap left lots of shimmer as you lathered up. The Lovey Dovey Confetti Soap was neat because the bits of confetti almost seemed to act like a 'scrub'.

The Lovey Dovey Pink Soap like the other two smelled amazing as you washed up and left my skin feeling amazing!

Next I tried out the Bubble Love Bombinator

I added it to my hot bath and let it dissolve away! It left the water smelling SO amazing. I could have stayed in there all day!!

Although everything I tried out was awesome, I really Loved the Pink Vanilla Massage Mud!

My hubby actually let me try this one out on him, I guess because he was getting a massage out of it ;)

I got a little bit and start massaging it in. It left his skin feeling so smooth and soft! Other creams and lotions just absorb into dry skin and still doesn't help with dryness. I think this worked really well! And the scent is fantastic! My hubby said it smelled like cinnamon bread :) This is definitely a must try!
